The service architecture depicts the business services available to the applications as well as IT services like logging, security, distribution, etc. The IT view of the Service Architecture incorporates all of the types of IT services required for an open distributed processing environment including coordination, integration, management, repository, and security services. The same sub views in the Application Architecture are used for any services that are developed in-house.
