Business Organization
Business Organization shows the departmental structure of the enterprise and the business workers (roles) who accomplish the tasks necessary to fulfill the enterprise's purpose for being in business. The internal roles (business workers) perform the business processes with or without the assistance of automated systems.
Internal Roles

Internal Roles are assumed by the business workers who perform or interact with the Business Processes. They are created by dragging the Internal Role element from the (EA)2 Business Architecture toolbox. You can show the major responsibilities of each role as internal requirements for the actor element. To do so, open the actor's properties dialog and click on the Require tab. Add requirements in the form of the form of a brief name and enter any details in the text box. The responsibilities can be informally traced to the use cases that address the responsibilities. Creating responsibilities helps to identify candidate use cases.
