(EA)2 User's Guide

Classified Item Views

These views select elements that have been created via the (EA)2 toolboxes, e.g. BusinessProcesses, External Actors, and Quality Attributes. You can consider the Classified Item views as superclasses of the toolbox elements.

The different views within this category deal with different object types, i.e., classifiers, instances of classifiers, and embedded parts of classifiers.

Configuration Item Views are closely related to the Classified Item Views.

EA2_Object

Selects all (EA)2 model elements, regardless of their object type.

EA2_Classifier

Selects all (EA)2 classifiers, e.g. Activity and BusinessNeed.

EA2_Instance

Selects all instances of (EA)2 classifiers, e.g. Servers.

EA2_Part

Selects all instances of (EA)2 classifiers that are embedded within other elements, e.g. a BusinessApp deployed on a Server.
